Terms and Conditions

Definitions:

The party receiving the Checking services will be referred to here as the “client.”  The party who will carry out the work will be referred to as the “service provider.”

Service Agreement:

After the client signs and submits the Submission Agreement, the client is bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Delivery:

Completed work will be delivered by email to the client.  All recommendations will be done in Microsoft Word.

At the time of quoting the Service Provider will request a 50% deposit together with a signed Acceptance of Contract form before any work will be carried out.

The Service Provider will, on completion of the work, submit a summary of recommendations to the client and request the balance of the outstanding monies.

Upon receipt of proof of payment the Service Provider will immediately dispatch, via e-mail, a full report of work carried out to the client.

Payment:

All payments will be made via PayPal.

Content:

The Website will remain the property oft he client and any recommendations made by the Service Provider may be implemented or rejected by the Client.

If the edited material contains any further errors, the service provider will correct them free of charge, if notified within 10 business days of delivery.  After this point, no further liability will be placed on the service provider.

By choosing the editing service, the client is not guaranteed increased sales or services and may not hold the service provider responsible lack thereof.

The service provider reserves the right to return any material that is deemed illegal or inappropriate.  In this case, the client will still be held accountable for submitting payment for the portion of the project that the service provider has reviewed and proofread thus far.

Confidentiality:

All work is handled with discretion and the service provider will not disclose or distribute any of the client’s work to any other party.
